DELIVERY TIMES
      We deliver 5 days a week - Monday to Friday, excluding Bank Holidays and public holidays. Usually delivery times are between 8.00am - 6.00pm. For delivery of dresses, please allow up to 10-12 working days following the date your order is placed. If for any reason your order is going to take more then the usual time, we will contact you to advise an approximate delivery date or refund of your order.

A signature is required on delivery.
 
RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY
      At pinkgirldresses.co.uk, we know that you will be happy with the purchase of your dress or accessory. However, if for any reason you are not, we will gladly assist you with a prompt return. We offer 100% money back guarantee on eligible items.Made to measure dresses are not returnable.

Exchanges
      Your 100% satisfaction with our product is our #1 priority. If you receive a product and need to exchange it for a different size, style or colour, please email us at support@pinkgirldresses.co.uk or call at 02032879983.We will be glad to assist you in handling your exchange.

We will be happy to send any replacement dress for a different colour or size, etc but the shipping for the replacement dress has to be paid by the customer. The original order will need to be returned by following the Return Procedures below. We will refund or adjust the original payment (excluding shipping) towards the exchange, once the original items are returned and the proper procedures are followed.
 
Refunds
      We will gladly refund any eligible items purchased. Upon receipt of the returned items we will refund your money in full less the original postage and packing charges.However, the guidelines below must be followed.
 
Returns Procedure

To return an item please enclose a note mentioning your reason for return with your order number (on your confirmation email) name, address and telephone number. Please note that you will have to pay for postage for your returns parcel.

*NOTE: We recommend shipping it back using "Royal Mail Recorded Signed For", this is to ensure that you can track that the package was safely delivered to us. You may use any other shipping method but it is always recommended to use the one which provides tracking of your shipment.

If the item is a gift and you need a longer returns period, please email us to let us know before or at the same time as placing your order and we can extend the returns period; please note that we cannot do this retrospectively.

Upon receipt of the returned items in the condition described below we will refund your money in full less the original postage and packing charges.


All return merchandise must meet the following guidelines or they will be returned to the customer at their expense:

1. Merchandise must be in unworn, undamaged, resalable condition with all original tags attached.
All dresses are thoroughly inspected for any sign of being worn including; smoke or food odour, pet hair and picks/runs in fabric.If they cannot be resold otherwise and will not be accepted for return.

2. We will not accept returns of items that have been damaged in transit because they were incorrectly packaged. If you have not paid the correct postage on a returned parcel resulting in us having to make a payment to the Post Office, then we will deduct the amount paid from the refund due.

3. Parts or pieces of dresses cannot be returned for credit, such as sashes or flowers. They may be exchanged for another colour one time only following the regular time guidelines of our policy. Any headpieces, tiaras or tights that have been opened cannot be accepted for return due to sanitary reasons.

4. Any Custom Orders are sold as Final Sale.


Cancellations: Because your credit card processor charges and takes fee the minute that you enter your
credit card to obtain approval and the order is processed immediately, any order that is changed or cancelled
after receiving confirmation, will be charged 5% of the total order to cover any expenses that we incur to make
changes or cover credit card processing fees. Cancellations cost our company more time and fees that an actual order that ships. Please make sure that you are ready to make the purchase as we cannot waive these hard costs fees.

We guarantee the lowest prices on all of our items and are able to maintain them because of the way we handle returns. Please keep in mind that online retailers have to re-sell the item that you send back. Keeping a dress out under our guidelines insures that you are receiving a brand new dress that is fresh.
